SSRC-04
Summary
SSRC-04 is used for liquid level and discharge control of conductive liquid in water tank of industrial plant and household application.
Note: Level electrodes should not be used for flammable, food and corrosive fluids.
Working principle
The output relay closes when the liquid level reaches the upper electrode U (terminal 5). The output relay is disconnected when the low level electrode is no longer in contact with the liquid (to prevent the system from using empty containers).
The base electrode B (terminal 8) must be connected to the container to determine the bottom level. If the container is made of non-conductive materials, additional electrodes connected to terminal 8 must be used.
For different liquids, the sensitivity (i.e. impedance between electrodes) can be adjusted to 5-50 kW by using a knob on the front panel. When the relay is in the closed position, the OUT LED on the front panel brightens.
